For many years, Mother Meera has given Darshan to visitors who have come to her home in Germany. In 2006, Mother came to the United States for the first time in sixteen years and gave Darshan to thousands of people in several locations across the country.

In response to this obvious interest, Mother has decided to set up an Ashram in the Midwest, under the auspices of a recently established, not-for-profit organization, Mother Meera Ashram - Midwest.
